Favorite Drugstore Eyeliner Pens Under $5!!

          In an eyeliner all I need is it to be black and stay on for all day wear. Sounds easy right but its not! I used pencil for years and then finally found the eyeliner pen. I can now say I will never use a pencil eyeliner again! (well maybe ha) Today I will make this short and sweet. I love all three of these and you will not break the bank with these bad boys. You have Elf Waterproof Eyeliner Pen which is $1.00! You can purchase that at Target, www.eyeslipsface.com, try some dollar stores, or Walmart. Next is the Jordana Fabu Liner $1.99 at Walgreens. Lastly out of my favorites under $5 is the NYC High Definintion Liquid Eyeliner which is $3-$4 depending on your store. You can find the NYC eyeliner at Target, Walmart, or any other drugstores that sell NYC products! These are my 3 top eyeliners but I will say Jordana Fabu Liner has become my favorite! Also, all these are the darkest black they sell! I will show you the smudge test too to prove that Jordana just stays on better. I dont mind paying the extra dollar for this product. Smudge test. I rubbed my finger over them twice and you see the Jordana  is still clearly there.
